The ATV aD-C18 is an 18" electronic cymbal that was first introduced in 2017.  It broke records for sales because it was the first 18" electronic cymbal could be used with almost any module on the market. It was also great to play on and had a nice large bell that fired every time you hit it. This is something drummer's had wanted for years. We literally could not keep them in stock. We are now on our second year ATV's US distributor and they are as good as they ever were. Can be used as a crash or a ride on most modules. They work with most modules - see below. The cymbal is quiet, fun to play, and it triggers great. For use as a crash use the "Edge" input which gives you the bow, edge, and choking with Roland modules. For use as a ride you will need two cables.

  • Best seller since 2017
  • 360 degree Bow, Bell, Edge, Choking with compatible modules
  • Cables are Optional but we sell them search for Hosa CSS
  • Quiet, comfortable, playing surface with nice rebound
  • Works with AD5, XD-3, TD-17, TD-25, TD-27, TD-30, TD-50, TD-50X, Mimic Pro, 2box, Gewa G9, Efnote - will help with settings
  • 18" electronic cymbal
  • 2 Year US Warranty

Love it

I have a Roland td-15 module, acoustic drum shells converted to electronic, and Roland cymbals. I have tried almost all Ecymbals. Have a Roland cy15R for ride. Replaced it with atv 18”. It’s a great cymbal! Glad I replaced it. Feels great, plays great, super sensitive, but is a tiny bit louder then Roland. Barely noticable. Gnna get the atv hi hat too. Highly recommend this cymbal. Erik was really great with helping me and good communication.

aD-C18/Pearl Mimic Pro

I have owned this ride for over six months now. It replaced a Roland CY-15R. I'm using it with the Pearl Mimic Pro and it responds/triggers wonderfully. Nice size bell and surface. No issues with stick dents/dings.

Thanks Erik!

Very Impressed

I got this cymbal as an upgrade from my 16 inch Alesis Strike ride cymbal. Immediately upon taking it out of the box I was surprised by its lightness but it has a great build quality. I plugged it in and it worked flawlessly without having to change any trigger settings. An excellent upgrade and probably the best cymbal out there. Very responsive and feels and moves like a real cymbal. The only other competitor is the Roland CY18 which only works with the TD50(Good feeling cymbal too, but heavy and the bell wasnt as nice). Works great with Alesis Strike module for anyone wondering.
