The Roland TD-27 is a new electronic drum module that came out in 2020 that replaced the TD-25. In 2022 the TD-27 got the V2 update which makes it work with the VH-14D digital hi hat. It also improves the sounds across the board.

The TD-27 has 11 total trigger inputs and 3 USB digital inputs. It works with the PD-140DS digital snare and the CY-18DR digital ride. Its very easy to use, plug and play with Roland pads and cymbals, can import samples, and has a ton of great features. This is a great upgrade if you have an older Roland module and don't need all the features that the TD-50 offer.
