Completely fixed the sound of this kick

I don't really know how, but replacing this sensor cushion completely restored the excellent sound of the KD-200-MS that it was installed on. There 3wasn't much deformation of the old cushion, but apparently that was enough to somehow affect the way the piezo was sensing the signal. So that's where the majority of my review comes from. Works great! I only took off a star because of the cost of this seemingly very simple product. That's pretty ridiculous, and feels a bit like manufactured scarcity, particularly on the part of Roland.

Just what I needed

My three year old pad had a very noticeable depression where the beater hit. This fixed that and much improved the feel of the kick. Well worth it.
