This is what you need to buy if your KDA-22, KD-180, KD-220, or KD-200-MS kick sensor cushion has worn out or gotten damaged. The part that your kick beater(s) hits.

One day and its already worn, I didn't hit it that hard to be honest, I tried not to, these are disposable products.
Looks like you are using a felt beater which is not advised. Install a kick patch like the Evans EQPB2 and you'll get more life out of the Cushion in general.
