Small wing nuts are used to decrease the risk of getting in the way of the stick and bell during play, and these wing nuts are positioned on a post that is not threaded at its tip allowing them to spin without falling off when removing. Hide-Away Boom Arms can be retracted into the main pipe. This enables them to be set up as straight stands and takes up less space when packed up. Full-sized felts are included with each stand and can easily be cut down to the player's desired size. Each cymbal sleave is threaded to prevent unwanted rattling during play.
